Marketing Cloud Engagement users need additional permissions to create or modify journeys that contain certain activities and entry events related to Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Where: This change applies to all Marketing Cloud Engagement editions.
When: These updated permissions requirements are enforced beginning on March 6, 2025.
How: To modify journeys that have Salesforce Entry Events or Sales or Service Cloud activities, a user must have a role assigned with these permissions allowed: Email | Integrations | Salesforce CRM and Journey Builder | Sales And Service Cloud.
